Landmine. Available in two diameters (1.3″ and 1.9’’). This attachment slides securely over the end of any
barbell and is mainly used for rows when using a landmine.

The GRIND Grip can be used in conjunction with either the GRIND Landmine or GRIND Post Landmine. Available with your diameter choice of 1.9″ fat grip or a 1.3″ standard grip. The attachment slides securely over the end of any Olympic barbell. The sleek design and smooth interior beveled edge prevents any damage to your barbell sleeves with repeated use. Both GRIND Grip handles measure 8.75” in length, come with GRIND Branding and are available in our signature black, green or red colors. Use them for landmine rows, pulls, presses, rotational drills, and more.
